Senior Scientist
Arjun S. Bangalore is a Senior Scientist that has been with ChemImage Corporation since 1998. Arjun works in the Commercial Competence Center division, performing research and development. His responsibilities include R&D, evaluation and troubleshooting of components, development of application solutions including customized software and prototyping analysis software.
Before coming to ChemImage Corp., Arjun worked as post-doctoral candidate at Argonne National Laboratories, Chicago. He performed research in the remote sensing area and contributed to the development of data analysis strategies.
Arjun has a Masters degree in chemistry from Central College, Bangalore. Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Ohio University under the guidance of Dr Gary W. Small. The title of his thesis is “Data Analysis Strategies For Quantitative And Qualitative Determination Of Organic Compounds By Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy”.
