Senior Scientist
Dr. Shona Stewart joined the biomedical team at ChemImage Corporation in October 2002. In her capacity as a senior scientist, her principle role is to develop ChemImage’s spectroscopy and Chemical Imaging technology for application within the biomedical community. Her responsibilities also involve contributing to the other aspects of ChemImage’s activities, including sales support, software manufacturing support and intellectual property generation.
Dr Stewart completed her PhD in chemistry, for which she received an Australian Postgraduate Research Award, at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia. She completed her postdoctorate studies in Raman imaging with Professor Michael Morris at the University of Michigan.
