Biomedical Characterization Laboratory
Housed in the research facilities of Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, this laboratory includes 2 FALCON II microscope platforms, standard light microscope, BSL2 sample prep facility and office space to support data analysis operations. The site provides easy access to clinical environments including surgical suite, pathology and microbiology laboratories.

Activities at this ChemImage site are supported in part by the Western Pennsylvania Prostate Cancer Foundation. The focus of work supported by WPPCF is on urologic malignancies including kidney, bladder and prostate cancer.
