Drauch, Amy - Applications Scientist

Amy Drauch joined ChemImage in April of 2004. Her primary role is working on projects associated with biomedical applications including the analysis of tissue samples using Raman spectroscopy and chemical imaging.

Amy received her B.S. in Environmental Chemistry from Saint Vincent College and she holds a Masters in Professional Writing (MPW) from Chatham University.

Klueva, Oksana, Ph.D. - Senior Scientist

Dr. Oksana Klueva joined ChemImage in June of 2004. Her primary role is supporting spectroscopy and imaging analysis of a key government project on ambient particulates for air quality and threat detection applications. This project provides a baseline of ambient particulates in western PA and increases our understanding of background contributions to false alarms in threat detection.

Dr. Klueva received her Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Boston University and she hold a M.S. in Organic Chemistry from Moscow State University.

Olkhovyk, Oksana, Ph.D. - Senior Scientist

Dr. Oksana Olkhovyk joined ChemImage in September of 2006. Her primary role is to advance innovative applications and assist with the development of chemical imaging technology and instrumentation. She also serves as technical support for commercial applications of spectral imaging within ChemImage lines of business.

Dr. Olkhovyk received her Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry from Kent State University and she holds an M.S. degree with honors in Chemical Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic University.

Schuler, L., Rebecca - Proposal Manager / R&D Scientist

Rebecca Schuler joined ChemImage in March of 2002. Her primary role is writing proposals and overall management of the proposal development efforts across the organization, as well as supporting hyperspectral imaging analysis for the R&D Science group.

Rebecca received her B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.

Stewart, Shona, Ph.D. - Senior Scientist

Dr. Shona Stewart joined ChemImage Corporation in October of 2002. Her primary role as a senior scientist, her principle role is to develop ChemImage’s spectroscopy and Chemical Imaging technology for application within the biomedical community. Her responsibilities also involve contributing to the other aspects of ChemImage’s activities, including sales support, software manufacturing support and intellectual property generation.

Dr. Stewart completed her Ph.D. in Chemistry, for which she received an Australian Postgraduate Research Award, at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia. She completed her post doctorate studies in Raman imaging with Professor Michael Morris at the University of Michigan.
