 Beckett-McWalter, Jessica - General Counsel & V.P. of Human Resources
Jessica Beckett-McWalter joined ChemImage in Sept. 2011. In her role as General Counsel & Vice President of Human Resources, she directs human resources policy and procedures, and serves as counsel on all contract and intellectual property activities. |

 Belechak, John - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. John Belechak is the Chief Operating Officer and has been with ChemImage Corporation since 1998. Throughout his career with ChemImage, Mr. Belechak has served at the Director level within Finance, Operations and Human Resources.

 Cohen, K., Jeffrey, M.D. - Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Jeffrey K. Cohen is President of the Triangle Urological Group in Pittsburgh, PA, and also serves as Director of the Division of Urology at Allegheny General Hospital and associate professor of surgery at Drexel University/Allegheny General Hospital. Certified by the American Board of Urology, Dr. Cohen is actively involved in researching new technologies for urological disorders and has been instrumental in pioneering cryosurgery for the treatment of prostate and renal disorders. |

 McGlone, Jim - President
Mr. Jim McGlone joined ChemImage as President in 2008. Prior to joining ChemImage, McGlone was President of Galil Medical where he drove the expansion of Galil’s cryotherapy business. McGlone was also the President of Oncura which was a joint venture between General Electric (NYSE:GE) and Galil Medical, Ltd. |

 Nelson, Matthew, Ph.D. - Chief Scientist
Dr. Matthew Nelson joined the ChemImage team in 1999 serving as a Senior Scientist until 2000. Dr. Nelson led the ChemImage Applications Group from 2000 to 2004 as Principal Scientist and again from 2004 to 2009 as the Director of Applications & Science. In 2009, Dr. Nelson advanced to the position of Chief Scientist were he currently leads ChemImage spectroscopy and imaging contract research and R&D study efforts. |

 Priore, J., Ryan, Ph.D. - Director of Applications & Contract Services
Dr. Ryan J. Priore joined the ChemImage Corporation in 2008 as a Senior Scientist and is the operational leader of the applications group. Dr. Priore and the applications group is responsible for exploring and developing pharmaceutical chemical imaging applications as well as delivering high quality chemical imaging contract services. |

 Treado, Patrick, Ph.D. - Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Patrick Treado is the Founder of ChemImage Corporation. Since 2004, he has served as the Chief Technology Officer for ChemImage. Dr. Treado is an analytical spectroscopist and recognized leader who has pioneered the field of chemical imaging. Dr. Treado is the author of over 150 publications and patents on chemical imaging technology, methodology and applications. |

 Voigt, C., Thomas, PH.D. - Executive V.P. & Head of Imaging Technology
As the Head of ChemImage’s Imaging Technology (IMT) group, Thomas Voigt oversees all aspects of the IMT product family. From liquid crystal display development to complete remote controlled optical tuner production, Dr. Voigt is responsible for the overall commercialization of the group’s patented liquid crystal-based technology of intelligent optical tuners. |
