Basta, Andy - Sr. Software Engineer for Embedded Systems
Andy Basta joined ChemImage in May 2010. His primary responsibility is to support the sensor development program, as well as assist in the development of IMTs manufacturing software MCF-MAKER. For IMTs new short-wavelength infrared liquid crystal-based sensor development, Andy oversees the MCF Electronics & Firmware for the Multi-conjugate Filter design project, leading the software development designed to achieve filter tuning performance with customized response times. He also monitors imaging technology trends to improve IMTs product family performance. |

Judson, Jon - Sr. Process Engineer for Liquid Crystal Technologies
Jon Judson joined ChemImage in July 2010, where he primarily supervises manufacturing processes. These responsibilities include the design of production tools, process development and improvement, and facilities design and management. He also oversees technology trends to improve IMTs product family performance.
Jon has more than 30 years of experience in electronic design, quality management and liquid crystal device manufacturing. |

Shi, Lei, Ph.D.- Sr. Scientist for Imaging Technology
Lei Shi joined ChemImage in May 2009, where he leads Multi-conjugate Filter (MCF) technology development of ChemImage Imaging Technology (IMT). He also monitors competitive alternative technology trends, as well as develops new concepts and design studies for the Liquid Crystal-based tunable filter for hyperspectral imaging applications to support all ChemImage lines of business.
Lei received his Master of Science at Fudan University, Shanghai, P.R. China and his PhD in Chemical Physics at Kent State University in Ohio. |

Ventouris, George - Sr. Engineer for Manufacturing & Supply Chain
George Ventouris joined ChemImage in September of 2007. His primary role is the management of IMT in Ohio, especially the design and manufacturing of liquid crystal cell displays for ChemImage Liquid Crystal-based tunable filter technology. In addition, George managesasset management and all vendor relations for IMT’s LCD and MCF-filter production. He also oversees IMTs Risk Management, TQM andcontinuous improvement process for manufacturing Liquid Crystal displays and tunable filters.
George received his B.S. in Physics at Kent State University. |
