August 16th-21st, 2008 in Ashville, NC.
ChemImage will be exhibiting at this years ASQDE showcasing our CONDOR™ hyperspectral imaging system.
The CONDOR™ hyperspectral Imaging system is a highly configurable system for questioned document examination that gives forensic scientists the power of hyperspectral imaging to non-destructively examine with speed, clarity, accuracy and increased discrimination capabilities.

- Examine travel documents, bank notes, security paper and colored printings
- Detect alterations and counterfeits
- Identify photo substitution and tampering
- Expose hidden security features
- Increased discrimination capabilities
- Analysis of a wider range of documents
- Accurate, reliable, validated, courtroom friendly results
Stop By Our Booth at the ASQDE Annual General Meeting and Ask to See a Demo!
During the Demo Witness the CONDOR:
- Easily reveal an altered date on a contract
- Quickly reveal obliterated writing
Hyperspectral imaging has an increased sensitivity over traditional methods of questioned document analysis, allowing the user to evaluate more evidence and complex or difficult samples. Hyperspectral imaging utilizes standard digital imaging techniques combined with common spectroscopic methods for questioned document analysis, and is a validated and accepted technique. It provides both visual and spectroscopic data that is easy to interpret and easily conveyed to non-scientists or jurors. The analysis is nondestructive, and requires little or no sample preparation, therefore decreasing the chances of possible contamination.

“A Comparison of Imaging Methodology for the Examination and Discrimination of Colored Toners.”
